He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard H. Hart and Jane C. Hart; his sister Danya; his brother-in-law Gary; and his nephew Gary, Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Jordan (Jessica), Natalie (Cameron), Sydney and Patrick (Cierra); his grandchildren, Jackson, Aggie, Bennett Hart, Ailyn, Asa Kalich and Kalich; and his sisters, Jill Hall and Sally Phillips (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 restrictions, the in-person funeral services will be by invitation only.
