He was predeceased by: his father David Cade; his brother Doug; and his grandson Marciano. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Cade (Sapp); his wife Debra Houghtelling; his daughters, Karee Steinhauser (Scott), Kimberlee Carlson (Toby) and Kellee Gallagher (Gerald); his siblings, Sue Stratton (Mick) and Craig Cade (Monica); his grandchildren, Haylee, Jesse, Ty, Cadee and Toby Jr.; his great grandchildren, Jackson and Jace; and his uncle Steve. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
