She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Hiekkla and Krieda Hiekkla; her husband James Burgess; her sons, John and Robert Burgess (Bob); her siblings, Jack Hiekkla, Lois, Irene, Corkie and Jane; her children, Mark Burgess and Sandi Wilson; and her grandchildren, Kami, Dan, Chris, Jessica and Lynetta. She was also cherished by several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
