He is survived by: his wife Evelyn "Annie" Van Horn; his daughter Jeanne; his grandchildren, Angela Neumann of West Linn, OR, Gregory Davidson of St. Helens, OR, Thad Davidson of Seattle, WA and Spike McCoy of Christmas Valley, OR; and also, Barbara, Robert Carroll and Marcia Baltzell. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
