She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Kruggel and Elsie Kruggel; her sons, Daniel and James Dillard; her daughter-in-law Charlie Dillard; her granddaughter Crystal Dillard; her great grandchildren, Maddyson Ragner of Saint Helens, Oregon. and Max Ragner of Saint Helens, Oregon.; and her husband Max "Sandy" Dillard.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Diane's honor can be made to Chance to Become Scholarship in Care of Columbia Learning Center.
