With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Arthur Harbison of Saint Helens, Oregon, born in Vernonia, Oregon, who passed away on May 20, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Sandy Harbison; his daughters, Kristin Harbison and Angie Misumi; and his brothers, Robert, Jack, Joe, Pat and Hal Harbison. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
