She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Phillips Sr. and Agnes Dingus-Phillips-Church; and her sister Wanda Phillips-Steinhoff. She is survived by: her husband Leonard Huffman of Coquille; her sons, Leonard Jr. (Terry Huffman) of Roseburg and Terry (Melissa Huffman) of Coquille; her brothers, Henry (Edie Phillips) of Emmett Idaho, Terry Phillips of Myrtle Creek and Toby Forsythe of Myrtle Creek; her brother-in-law Ira Huffman (Dorothy Huffman-Orrell) of Myrtle Point; and also Steve Orr of Myrtle Creek.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Bridge Grange (51240 Myrtle Creek Rd, Myrtle Point, OR 97458).
