He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harvey Weaver and Nettie Weaver; his siblings, Olla May, Orville, Rosie, Allene, Effie and Louise; his children, Kathy Bates (Rick), Marv Weaver, Robbin Duvaul (Brian) and Darla Foster (Chris); his wife Faye; his grandchildren, Alex Duvaul, Tyler Foster (Ashley), Ryan Foster, Sheri Barclay (Steve) and Brian Bates (Renee); and his sister-in-law Leta Upton. He was also cherished by eleven great-grandchildren, numerous nephews and nieces.
