He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Maxwell and Doris Maxwell; and his wife April L. Maxwell. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Thomassen (Maxwell), Curtis Maxwell and Lorraine Maxwell; his grandchildren, Megan Rodriguez and Peyton Burnett; his great grandchildren, Ely Rodriquez, Silas Rodriquez, Olivia Rodriquez and Sage Rodriguez; and his siblings, Lynn Johnston, Rita Guy and Mike Maxwell.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to the Paralyzed Veteran's of America.
