He was predeceased by: his parents, Delbert Dean and Aethel Grace Ollivant; and his granddaughter Meghan Alyssa Ollivant. He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Kay, Timothy Dean, Kellee Teresa, Lisa Anne, Tracie Dianne and Jill Kathleen; and his wife Gerry Johnson. He is also survived by 6 children, 12 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, and 2 sisters.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Roseburg Memorial Gardens (1056 NW Hicks St, Roseburg, OR 97470). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Abby's Pizza (1661 NE Stephens St, Roseburg, OR 97470).
