He was predeceased by: his parents, Rhonda Patterson and Vernon Patterson; and his siblings, Oral Patterson, Ina Storvo, Jewell Hunter, Evelyn Richwine and James Patterson.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Evans, Janet Taylor and Steve Patterson; his daughter-in-law Wendi Patterson; his grandchildren, Amy, David Valencia, Leah Taylor, Ryan, Teagan Patterson and Kylee Patterson; his great grandchildren, Abigail and Jackson Valencia; and his sons-in-law, Lynn Evans and Jay Taylor. He is also survived by his family and friends.
