He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Smith Bell Spencer and Sidney Bell; and his sister Alice Louise Poteet. He is survived by: his wife Joyce "Ann" Adkison Bell; his children, James D. Bell of Roseburg, Clifford M. Bell of Sutherlin and Crystal A. Bell Boyles (Larry Boyles) of Roseburg; his stepdaughter Holly Adair of Portland; his grandchildren, Jessica Bell Richcreek (Cliff) of Tenmile, Joey Bell of Sutherlin, Cassidy Bell of Oakland, Cade Bell (Kiana) of Roseburg and Traven Halterman of Tri-City; and his great grandchildren, Ryder, Macy, Addi, Lucas, Melaina and Blair.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Taylor's Family Funeral Home (245 SE Main St, Winston, OR 97496).
