He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kenneth Bailey and Evelyn Bailey; his sister Joan McElroy; his children, Mitchell Bailey, Michael Bailey, Cheryl Rhorbaugh, Wayne Bailey, Garilynn Tocher, Cindy Burns, Karen Evans, Mark and Matthew Isom; and his wife Donna Bailey. He was also cherished by 8 children, 19 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
