He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Duyck and Anna Duyck (Hillecke); his wife Elaine Crunican; his daughter Diane; and his grandson Christopher Lux.
He is survived by: his children, John, Catherine, Leo, Jean, Donna, Patricia, Laurie Duyck of Naches, WA, Gary Thompson of Hillsboro, Karen Duyck of Verboort, David Heesacker of Verboort Randy, Ignolia Duyck of Forest Grove, Marc Duyck, Stephen Cassell of Eugene and Chris Duyck of Verboort; his son-in-law Frank Lux of Beaverton; and his siblings, Edmund Duyck, Melvin Duyck, Ralph Duyck and Marie Schmidt. He is also survived by twenty six grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
