He is survived by : his son Herman; his close friend Julie James; his parents, Herman Rodriguez and Frances Rodriguez of Porterville, California; his children, Ricky, Crystal Rodriguez of Las Vegas, Nevada, Stephanie, Anthony Foster of Hanford, California, Teena, Kenny Schelper of Morrisville, Julie and Daniel Berrones of Sacramento, California; his sister Rhonda; his brother-in-law Bob Betts of Hillsboro; his brother Terry; his sister-in-law Sylvia Rodriguez of Porterville, California.; and his grandchildren, Julian, Roman Rodriguez, Andrew, Jordan, Evan Foster, Kayden, Kairee, Maddie Schelper, Atlas and Emberlin Berrones. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
