She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Allen and Edna Allen. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Norman (Theresa), Rhonda Herbert (John) and Bob Norman (Penny). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 14 great and 2 great-great grandchildren.
