He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Johnson and Caroline Johnson; his wife Myrna Simmons; and his siblings, Joyce, Gaylord, Hap, Marjorie and Caroline.
He is survived by: his brother Heavy Trucking; his daughters, Jeannine Weaver (Brad) and Shelly Gillins (Mark); his grandchildren, Luke Gillins (Rachel), Seth Gillins (Erin), Jake Gillins (Rebecca), Broc Weaver (Janessa) and Nikki (David); and his great grandchildren, Caroline, Clara, Colt, Hailey, Rylee and Hayden.
Memorials may be made to Willamette Valley Hospice in care of Dallas Mortuary Tribute Center who is caring for the family.
