He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert "Odie" Obelton and Georgia Lillian Lowery (Phillips); and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his sister-in-law Sue Lowery; his nephews, Gary Lowery, Rick Lowery and Terry Lowery; and his niece Cathy Jackson. He is also survived by great great nieces and nephews and many loving cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to South Coast Hospice, Coos Bay OR. When making a donation please specify exactly what the donations are for; the options are; Staff welfare, building improvement, or patient care.
