He is survived by: his wife Ginny; his children, Bill "Jay" Johnson and Debbie Starr (Terry); his stepchildren, Todd Hornbeck (Kristie) and Tina Vickers; his sister Bobbie Thompson; and his grandchildren, Pete, Matt, Tom, Ashley Brittany, Caitlyn and Anna.
