He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Case and Nancy Case (Duncan); his wife Floy Duncan; his son Jefferson Scott Case; and his siblings, William, Roy, June and Adam.
He is survived by: his children, Floy Geneva "Neva" Reid (Bill) of Joseph, OR and Thomas Edward "Ed" Case (Cindy) of Visalia, CA; and his brother Jimmie Case of Redmond, OR. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews including two nieces and a nephew.
