She is survived by: her children, David Adam (Maria) of Mission Viejo, CA, Carol Mutterer (Bob) of Redmond, OR and Lee Adam (Marilyn); and her grandchildren, Kim Weber of Gilbert, AZ, Jason Adam of Greensboro, NC, Joyce Millwee of Summerfield, NC, LeeAnn Adam of Corvallis, OR, Kristin Adam of San Francisco, CA, George and Andrew Adam.
