Surface (Redmond, Oregon), born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on August 22, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Riser and Thelma Louise Riser (Battin); and her sister Barbara Jean Gilmer (Riser). She is survived by: her son Terry L. Surface (Kara); her grandchildren, Kylee R. McCabe, Tyler R. Surface and Kevin Clark; and her husband Carl G. Surface. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
