It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Wayne Peter (Redmond, Oregon), born in Corvallis, Oregon, who passed away on November 18, 2018, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Tamera Peter; his children, BriAnna Marie Peter (Cody Borges), Kayla Kotal (Vance) and Isaac Peter (Sarah Buell); his parents, Donna Peter and Jerry Peter; and his siblings, John Peter, Teri Peter, Brenda Higbee and Max Higbee. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and fur babies.
