He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fisher Logan and Evelyn Logan (Snyder); his wife Marcia Watkins; his children, Allen, John (Nancy) and Susan; his grandchildren, Jessica Croswell (Trevor), Douglas Logan (Angela), Samuel Logan and Susan Logan; his stepgrandchildren, David, Terry and Chelsea; his sister Laurel Wantz; his nieces and nephews, Cyndi, Wendy, Laurie, Bill, Bob and James; and his cousin Sally Shook (Will).
Chuck and Marcia established the Charles & Marcia Logan Scholarship through the Oregon Community Foundation in 2014 and since then have awarded $73, 000 in college scholarships to Redmond High School graduates.
