She was predeceased by: her parents, Janet and Art. She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Lindsey O'Neill (Ryan), Haley Ensign (Ray) and Daniel O'Neill (Kristi); her brothers, Brett (Cyd) and Grant (Allison); her grandchildren, Miles, Ava, Ozzie and Hazel; and her nieces, Nicolle and Andrea.
