With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arthur Hammond (Redmond, Oregon), who passed away on March 1, 2018 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jirah Hammond (Whelan) and Ethel Maud Hammond (Kemp); his wife Nada; his significant other Peggy Banker; his son Clayton; his daughter-in-law Gloria; his great grandchild Mark; and his siblings, Edith Hammond, Dorothy Hammond, Ida Friedrich, Harry, Ted, Charles Hammond and Nora Gilmore.
He is survived by: his sisters, Alice McDonald and Ruth Lund; and his son Gary Hammond (Pat). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great-grandchildren; numerous nephews and nieces and their families; and many friends.
