He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lanning and Rose Lanning. He is survived by: his brothers, Prineville Chapter and Box; his children, Christine Rose (Chuck) of Aloha, OR, Rebecca Gardner (Chris) and Barbara Bowen (David) of Beaverton, OR; his brothers, Michael Lanning (Ann) of Woodburn, OR and Bob Lanning (Mary); and his grandchildren, C. J., Cayden Rose, Cheyenne, Dakota, Bradley and Alaskah Gardner.
