She was predeceased by: her mothers, Bonnie Puckett and Anne "Teen" Puckett; her sons, Russell Frank Shumway and Wayne Elwyn Shumway; and her sisters, Susan "Suzy" Munsey, Bonnie Ann Puckett and Deborah Joy Puckett.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Shumway of Christmas Valley; her son Dale Shumway (Shara) of Christmas Valley; her grandsons, Vincent Shumway (Matteline) of Christmas Valley, Nikkilas Shumway of Christmas Valley and Michael Shumway of Christmas Valley; and her siblings, Rolla "Jim" Puckett of Prineville, Jerry Puckett of Prineville, Timothy Puckett of Christmas Valley, Ginger Wood of Idaho Falls and Elizabeth Griffin-Hall of Port Orchard. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
