With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patsey Fabian (Prineville, Oregon), born in Abilene, Texas, who passed away on April 11, 2020 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Phillips (Jack) and Allie Phillips (Lorine); her husband Ralph F. Fabian; and her siblings, Jackie Evans, Carl Edwards Phillips, Helen Hammon (Carl) and Joyce Ann Price (DK).

She is survived by: her children, Bridget Ann Savage and Jon Jackson (Shelley); her grandchildren, Michael, Terri, Britney, Breanna, Janelle, Tyvyn and Keagyn; her siblings, Roy Phillips (Anita) and Reba Wick; and her nieces and nephews, Tim (Collen Phillips), Anita (Mark Rhoden), Matt Phillips, Paula (Charlie Brown), Glen (Becky Wick) and Joy (Harold Tucker). She is also survived by ten great grandchildren and numerous great nieces and nephews.
