He is survived by: his wife Melinda Hammack (Proffitt); his children, Katelyn, Tyler Sutherland, Joseph, Katherine Hammack-Tenmile, Lindsey and Ryan Hartje; his stepson Beau (Megan Davis); his grandchildren, Lyam Hartje, Paisley Hammack, Hannah Hartje and Sawyer Hammack; and his brother Darren Fults. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
