She was predeceased by: her husband William Levens. She is survived by: her child Loreta Waggoner of Colorado; her close friend Shirley Watson; her friend Mickey Gray; her sister Maxine Tangney (Tom); her children, Anne Martin (David) of Hood River, Debra Patterson (Grant) of Prineville and James Levens of Cebu City; and her grandchildren, Eric Levens, Jessica Patterson, Shalen Williams and Chanel Cervantes. She is also survived by four great grandchildren; and three nephews and one niece.
