He was predeceased by: his parents, John Doyle Smith and Eva Ann Taylor Smith; and his son Keith Robert (Smith). He is survived by: his sons, Jason Edward (Dayle), Christopher Samuel and Kevin Doyle (Gina); and his wife Dottie.
A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (333 SE Idlewood St, Prineville, OR 97754). The military honors was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Juniper Haven Cemetery (1555 N Main St, Prineville, OR 97754).
