He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow "Bud" Etsell Puckett and Mary Katherine Puckett (Stiles); his son Cody; his wife Louise Kay Gumm; his brother Steve; and his grandson Ryan.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon, Saddina, Vance and Joey (Shellie Mason) of Prinevlle; his children-in-law, Todd Horne of Sutherlin and Dee Gumm of Powell Butte; his son Kevin Gumm of Prineville; and his grandchildren, Chad (Amy Anderson), Amber (Ross Twiss), Rylee (Justin Severance), Nikki (John Fowler), Darren Puckett (Morgan), Tiffany Puckett, Dalton Carder, Meiah Mason and Wade Puckett. He is also survived by 12 brothers and sisters and their spouses.
