He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell F. Groves and Mae L. Pruitt Groves; his siblings, Neuman, Von Groves and Cora McBee; and his daughter Pamela Rhoden.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Faye Groves of Prineville; his sons, Dave Groves (Carla) of Powel Butte, Doug Groves (Becky) of Prineville, Mike Groves (Cathy) of Bend, Jeff Groves (Julie) of Bend and Jim Groves (Donna) of Prineville; and his siblings, Fred Groves of Denver Colorado and Patsy Housley of Prineville. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren; 27 Great-Grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
