It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Howard Tocher (Prineville, Oregon), born in Rogue River, Oregon, who passed away on November 3, 2018, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parent Kenneth Tocher of Phyllis Tocher; and his brothers, Larry Tocher and Leo Tocher. He is survived by : his wife Garilynn Tocher; his children, Cheyenne Edgerly, Chelsea Kurtz and Blaine Tocher; his grandchildren, Ethan, Elle, Emerson, Ensley, Elind, Englin, Keaton and Kinley; and his siblings, Brenda Coniff of Charlene Hill, Andy Tocher, George Tocher and Kenny Tocher.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the pregnancy Resource Center of Prineville, Crook County Wrestling and Rogue River High School Wrestling programs.
