He was predeceased by: his wife Elsie; and his brother Doug Goins. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Goins (Lora) of Gresham, OR, Penny Moon (Dave) of Fossil, OR and Judith Kieser (Kevin) of Gresham, OR. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
