He is survived by: his children, Thor and Brandon; his daughter-in-law Rachel Frazier of Nevada; his daughter Jacque Frazier of Oregon; his siblings, Kelly Frazier of Washington, Lee Smith of Washington, Shawn Smith of Washington, Jamie Smith of South Carolina and Shannon Smith of Oregon; and his grandchildren, Ethan of Oregon, Asher and Elliana of Nevada.
