She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Puckett and Elizabeth Puckett. She is survived by: her children, Beth Mapes (Neal) of Prineville, OR, Terry Johnson (Beth) of Campinas and David Johnson (Chris) of Redding, CA. She is also survived by four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Prineville Funeral Home (199 NE 10th St, Prineville, OR 97754).
As the work in Brazil is continuing after Doris' passing, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to Bernhard Johnson Ministries at 1201 S. Winchester Blvd., San Jose, CA, 95128, which will be distributed between Brazil Extension School of Theology and Children Of Brazil Outreach.
