He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Barth and LaVerne Neely; and his children, Crystal Wear, Dean Barth and Darlene Barth.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Barth of Prineville, OR; his son Thomas Barth of Portland, OR; and his sister Susan Carter of Portland, OR. He is also survived by his seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
