He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cleo Powell and Carson Powell; his wife Bernice Powell; his children, Chris Suing (Cody), Kim Meston (Jimmie), Larry Sheffield (Robbie) and Dalton Sheffield (Stacey); his grandchildren, Alyssa Johnson (Carl), Chianne Brixey, Talon Arnold (Lauren), Kylashay Draney (Nathen), Jerimiah Johnson (Sarah), Ladele Harris (Clint), Ladawn Cooke (Timothy) and Bolt Sheffield; his sister Marylyn Powell; his grandchildren, Tirisa Tucker and Charlie McCollum; and his nephew Mike Cannon.
