She was predeceased by: her mother Sharon Sample; her grandparents, Ken and Etta; her brother-in-law David; and her mother-in-law Carolyn.

She is survived by: her father Larry Sample; her husband Victor; her children, Tracy and Darren; her children-in-law, John and Breanne; her grandson Carson; her father-in-law Bud; her sister Diana; her sister-in-law Cindy; and her pet Rafiki. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
