With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlene Ann Ottersberg of Prineville, Oregon, born in Denver, Colorado, who passed away on April 17, 2024 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father GuyLeta Hagood (McCullough); her siblings, Sharon Ramsey and Stephen Hagood; her niece Samantha Ramsey; and her nephew Jeff Crowley.
She is survived by: her children, Sheila Folsom (Michael) of Lincoln, Deb Arntt (Duane) of Campbell and Keith Ottersberg of Wymore; her grandchildren, Jesse Huls (Tiffany), Brittani Arntt (Jake Ackland), Jordan Foss (Michaela), Bradley Ottersberg and Ashley Ottersberg (Skyler Phothirath); and her great grandchildren, Paesynn, Ransom Arntt, Camryn, Natalia Guthrie, Jared, Breanna Folsom, Alyssa Johnson, Emma Folsom and Emersyn Ottersberg.
