It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Gene Smalling of Prineville, Oregon, who passed away on June 2, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Smalling of Washington and Hattie Frances Smalling (White); his siblings, Jasper, Conzia, Billy, Alma, Thelma and Edna; and his son-in-law Milt Stafford.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Smalling; his daughters, Frances Collier (Jeff), Karen Carver (Jeff) and LaDonna Stafford; his grandchildren, Marshall Cooley (Julie), Jenni Carver-Ross (Izaac), Jeffrey Carver (Nikki), Candace Singer (Gary), Kelsie Stafford, Gabe Stafford, Gavin Stafford, Ashton Dupont (Collier) and Kourtney Henderson (Collier); and his great grandchildren, Eli, Gracie, Kaiden, Kaylee, LaVelle, Destry, Henry, Lucy, Willa and Rusty. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
