He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Phyllis Demaris (Traver); his adoptive father Ray; his wife Mary; his brother Wayne; his children, Lori Desjardins (Kevin), Julie Starr, Danny Brown of Bonanza, OR, Gene Miller (Karen) of Charlton, MA, Gary Miller (Laura) of LeMars, IA and Debbie Miller of Manchester, CT; his great grandchild Mason Allen Ray Demaris; his father Charles Jess Demaris; his stepfather Floyd James; his children, Patty Friermood, Sandy Easton and Greg Demaris; his siblings, Royce, Jimmy, Jess Jr. Demaris, Fay Landers and Jean Hunter; and his grandsons, Darrin and Travis Demaris. He was also cherished by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
