He was predeceased by: his parents, Mearl Sr. McDaniel (Linda McDaniel) and Mildred McDaniel; and his uncle Dale Shaffar. He is survived by: his brothers, Gary and Jack McDaniel; and his children, David McDaniel, Terri Smith and Tony McDaniel. He is also survived by five grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
