He is survived by: his parent Lorene Brannon Brown; his wife Betsy Key Brown; his children, Elvin Brown, Jr. (Wanda) and Joseph Brown (Danielle); his grandchildren, Allie Railey (Jared), Shiann Brown, Brady Brown and Shay Brown; his great grandchild Peyton Railey; his sister Jackie Riccardi; his sister-in-law Juanita Holley (Mike); and also Meadow Jean Brown.
