He is survived by: his wife Georgia Surplus (Elliott); his brother Ron (Tresi); his children, Deena Joseph, Darla Kennedy and Clint Surplus (Shawnele); and his pet Biscuit. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
