He was predeceased by: his parents, Codelia A. Grigsby Horsley and Mitchell Horsley; and his son Willie Maurice Horsley Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Carol Joyce Freeman; his sister Shirley Jeanette Horsley-Cuff; his children, Keith Darnell Horsley (Teresa Horsley), Trent Lamont Horsley, Tracy Lee Horsley Sr., Robin Lanette Horsley and Terrell Troy Horsley; his grandchildren, Shereeta Horsley, Danyeash Howard, Kiosha Ford, Trayci Lomax, Tracy Horsley Jr., Tianiqua Horsley, Michel'le Horsley, Erykah Horsley, Ahad Hasan Jr., Shamaya Horsley, Justise Horsley, Areionna Horsley, Veyounce Horsley, Keith Horsley Jr. and Dondre Horsley; and his nephew Michael Horsley Sr.. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church (8501 N Chautauqua Blvd, Portland, OR 97217). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
