She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Sebade and Bessie Sebade (Gotschall). She is survived by: her brother Dale; her son Michael; her granddaughter Mallory Phillips; and her daughters, Patty Cormack (Doug) and Kathy Perry (Steve). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (Sellwood) (7810 SE 15th Ave, Portland, OR 97202).
