He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Eugene Talbot, Sr. and Lilyan Terry Talbot; his brother Clifford Jr.; and his son-in-law Marcellus Tamtreng. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Cathy Talbot-Tamtreng, Lilyan, Terry (Tami) and Stephen; and his sisters, Darlene Haugen and Gaye Larm. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, one great-grandchild.
